Role summary
ResMed seeks a Lead Labelling Specialist to drive technical leadership across medical device labelling challenges and system evolution. The role combines hands-on problem-solving of complex regulatory labelling issues with strategic responsibility for process architecture, governance, and continuous improvement across the global organization.
What they're looking for
- Deep technical knowledge of medical device labelling regulations, standards and guidance
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, regulatory, or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in labelling, regulatory, quality, technical operations or related field
- Demonstrated experience solving complex, ambiguous labelling or regulatory problems
- Experience leading process design, standards governance, or system-level improvements
- Expertise in controlled documentation governance, traceability, and change control in regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder management and senior-level communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Provide hands-on technical ownership of complex, high-impact labelling challenges across product lifecycle
- Partner with leadership to design end-to-end labelling system architecture and workflows
- Establish technical direction on regulatory interpretation and scalable labelling approaches
- Lead development and implementation of improved processes, templates, and labelling tools
- Mentor team members and strengthen technical capability and continuous learning culture
