Role summary
Lead Customer Service role at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Budapest Shared Service Center supporting order management, quotations, and master data administration. Reports to management while providing exceptional service to internal and external customers across the order lifecycle.

What you'll be doing
- Deliver exceptional customer service for order management, quotations, master data, and administration
- Resolve complex customer requirements and escalations; coordinate with sales, distribution, and finance teams
- Develop expertise in Customer Relationship Management systems and improve operational processes
- Generate daily customer service reports and act as deputy team lead as needed
- Drive efficiency initiatives, lead training materials development, and mentor new team members
