What you'll be doing

Process sales invoicing for consignment loan products and coordinate with outsourcing partners
Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and phone as part of order processing team
Manage workflow applications, create reports, and compile data using Excel and Power BI
Standardize and improve Order to Cash processes utilizing RPA and process optimization
Coordinate work priorities with outsourcing company to prevent invoicing delays
