Role summary
ICON seeks an experienced clinical research leader to oversee Clinical Trial Liaison activities on multi-site studies while building and mentoring CTL teams. The role combines scientific support to investigators with people leadership, driving high-quality trial conduct and effective site engagement across multiple European locations.

- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with clinician credibility
- Ability to manage competing priorities in matrixed, global environments
- Legal right to work in assigned country location
What you'll be doing
- Lead CTL activities on multi-site studies, coordinating workstreams and ensuring quality delivery
- Manage, mentor, train and coach CTL team members and support career development
- Develop educational materials and communicate complex scientific and protocol information to sites
- Build relationships with investigators and site personnel to facilitate study conduct and engagement
- Identify scientific and operational barriers to recruitment, retention and data quality; recommend solutions
