Role summary
GE HealthCare seeks a Lead Clinical Application Specialist to deliver training, workflow configuration, and customer support for nuclear medicine and PET imaging software. The role involves guiding hospital deployments, educating clinicians across the US and Canada, and ensuring successful product implementations.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 5 years imaging experience; at least 3 years in PET or Nuclear Medicine modality
- ARRT or equivalent certification specific to NM or PET modality
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university, preferably in technical field
- Ability to travel 80% (4-5 days weekly) throughout US and Canada with overnight stays
- Residence within 1 hour of major airport; pass credentialing and drug screening
- Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and ability to learn specialized software
- English and French bilingual skills strongly preferred
What you'll be doing
- Deliver comprehensive clinical education to end-users aligned with sales agreements and quality standards
- Coordinate on-site and virtual training including pre-training planning, go-live support, and post-implementation sessions
- Complete all documentation requirements throughout pre- and post-training phases consistently
- Communicate product intelligence, customer concerns, and competitive information to internal teams
- Maintain customer relationships and represent MIM/GE Healthcare as clinical expert to diverse staff levels
Compensation$92,000-$138,000 annual base; eligible for performance-based incentive compensation
