Role summary
Lead analyst supporting Stryker's contract management operations by reviewing, negotiating, and managing procurement and commercial agreements. Partners with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize contracting processes, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

- Develop training programs and educational content on contract management for business audiences
- Lead process improvement initiatives around contract automation, templates, and lifecycle management systems
