Role summary
This position performs analytical testing and laboratory procedures in a production environment, supporting manufacturing operations and product quality. Responsibilities include conducting manual and automated testing, maintaining bacterial cultures and reagents, troubleshooting issues, and documenting results in compliance with cGMP standards. A bachelor's degree is required; 1–3 years of related laboratory or biotechnology experience is preferred.

- Interpret test results, troubleshoot laboratory issues, and document findings accurately
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and verification activities
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to support production goals and continuous improvement
