Role summary
Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Labor Relations Specialist for a 9-month maternity cover role based in Denmark. What you'll be doing
- Advise managers, HR Business Partners, and employees on labor law and workplace matters
- Partner with employee representatives and serve as secretary to the Danish Works Council
- Support negotiations and administration of collective and local bargaining agreements
- Manage employee relations cases including sick leave and disciplinary matters
- Drive HR projects related to regulatory changes and process improvements
