- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) preferred
What you'll be doing
- Manage and optimize repair workflows including intake, diagnosis, repair, testing, and shipment to achieve SLAs
- Oversee spare parts inventory management including ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to expedite repairs and resolve operational issues
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures ensuring repaired products meet GE Healthcare standards
- Analyze operational data and implement corrective actions to identify improvement opportunities
