What you'll be doing

Serve as primary contact for healthcare professionals, providing timely and professional customer support
Coordinate and escalate medical inquiries to internal teams while tracking resolution and follow-up
Support preparation, consolidation, and distribution of sales reports and business updates
Assist in review, submission, tracking, and approval of promotional materials per compliance requirements
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
