Role summary
IT Systems Administrator role overseeing hybrid infrastructure including SaaS applications, on-premises data centers, and enterprise networks. - Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and certificate authorities
- Build and monitor on-premises data center infrastructure with networking, hypervisors, and storage systems
- Implement security measures including Zero Trust architecture, UEM, and internal PKI/NAC systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for infrastructure issues affecting US and global users
