What you'll be doing

Troubleshoot and support laptops, desktops, peripherals, and Zebra printers daily
Manage Microsoft 365 systems, SharePoint, permissions, and access controls
Configure and support mobile device management through Intune for Android and iOS devices
Manage helpdesk ticket queue and provide documentation for hardware and software assets
Support IT infrastructure including network devices, firewalls, cabling, and audio/video conference equipment
