Role summary
Iovance Biotherapeutics seeks an IT Support Analyst II to provide technical support for on-site Philadelphia staff and remote U.S. offices. - Executive-level IT support experience
- Broad IT knowledge including networks and servers
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
What you'll be doing
- Troubleshoot and support laptops, desktops, peripherals, and Zebra printers daily
- Manage Microsoft 365 systems, SharePoint, permissions, and access controls
- Configure and support mobile device management through Intune for Android and iOS devices
- Manage helpdesk ticket queue and provide documentation for hardware and software assets
- Support IT infrastructure including network devices, firewalls, cabling, and audio/video conference equipment
