Serve as technical architect and owner for Salesforce Commercial platforms across Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Design and configure Salesforce solutions including objects, flows, security models, and AI agent implementations
Partner with Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Patient Services teams to translate business requirements into scalable architectures
Design Marketing Cloud journeys, integrations, and data synchronization across platforms and external systems
Define governance standards, enforce best practices, and oversee environment management and deployments
