Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an IT Lead for SAP Service Maintenance to oversee ERP services supporting the MedTech Product Line in North America. 5+ years supporting and administering SAP applications including ECC, S/4HANA, and related modules

Experience with SAP certifications, vendor management, and performance metrics
Hands-on experience with automation tools and strong problem-solving capabilities

What you'll be doing

Own service level management lifecycle including SLAs, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
Optimize SAP portfolio, maintain CMDB accuracy, and manage application lifecycle assessments
Lead incident and problem management including root cause analysis and preventive measures
Champion knowledge management practices and develop KCS frameworks for team
Drive observability initiatives and automation expansion to improve system reliability and proactive issue resolution
