Role summary
iRhythm seeks an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise network and systems infrastructure across on-premise, co-location, and cloud environments. The role involves technical leadership, vendor management, and support for global operations in a fast-growing healthcare technology company.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years hands-on experience with enterprise networks, servers, and storage systems
- Proficiency with Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure
- Strong Microsoft Server OS and Active Directory administration experience
- AWS and Azure cloud compute and storage experience with cloud-first approach
- SOX-regulated company experience required
- Associate degree in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
What you'll be doing
- Design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony, and systems infrastructure
- Implement secure, observable, and fault-tolerant solutions across on-premise and cloud environments
- Provide technical leadership and serve as escalation point for day-to-day operations
- Plan and execute infrastructure projects; manage device lifecycle and vulnerability remediation
- Mentor junior staff and manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and service resolution
