Role summary
An 8-month IT helpdesk co-op position in Vancouver supporting a biotechnology company's information technology operations. The role involves providing technical support to employees, managing user accounts and hardware, configuring computers, and troubleshooting system issues.

What you'll be doing
- Respond to incoming IT support requests via multiple channels and ticketing system
- Configure computers with operating systems, software, and user profiles for new and existing employees
- Manage user accounts, software subscriptions, and hardware across office locations
- Troubleshoot hardware and software failures, escalating issues to senior IT staff as needed
- Maintain IT inventory lists and manage printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
CompensationCAD $3,300–$4,300 per month
