Role summary
Regeneron seeks an IT Applications Analyst to support configuration, implementation, and maintenance of critical applications and systems. What they're looking for
- BS/BA in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- 0–2 years relevant experience (Associate level); 2–5 years (Analyst level); 5+ years (Senior level)
- LabWare LIMS Basic and/or LabWare ELN V4 certification preferred
- AWS infrastructure and large-scale enterprise database management experience preferred
- Familiarity with compliant system development practices in GMP or regulated environment preferred
What you'll be doing
- Design and develop software and enterprise system solutions by analyzing requirements and assessing integration impacts
- Coordinate across departments to gather, prioritize, and implement enhancement requests and system requirements
- Own IT applications documentation including specifications, test plans, and summary reports
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot application, server, and infrastructure issues; monitor service issues
- Administer production systems, perform system administrative tasks, and support AWS infrastructure
