- Ensure project delivery meets cost, schedule, scope, quality, regulatory, and safety commitments
- Lead cross-functional ISC engineering teams and coordinate resource allocation across disciplines
- Serve as integration point and escalation contact for complex technical and organizational challenges
- Champion design for manufacturability and ensure manufacturing site readiness including validation and training
