Role summary
Amgen seeks a senior manager to lead Scaled Agile Framework implementation and enablement across product teams in Hyderabad. The role focuses on coaching teams on SAFe practices, driving transformation, and fostering organizational agility and continuous improvement.

- Ability to work across global, virtual teams with strong presentation abilities
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Deliver training and enablement workshops to teams, leaders, and stakeholders on SAFe principles and practices
- Coach and mentor Agile teams and leaders on SAFe implementation and refinement
- Assess organizational Agile maturity, identify improvement areas, and guide alignment with SAFe
- Develop accelerators and establish metrics to advance team SAFe maturity and business agility
- Act as change agent to promote SAFe benefits and overcome organizational resistance to transformation
