Role summary
Amgen seeks an IS Organizational Effectiveness Manager in Hyderabad to lead Scaled Agile Framework implementation across product and platform teams. What you'll be doing
- Lead SAFe adoption and implementation across the organization, assessing agile maturity and guiding alignment with SAFe principles
- Act as change agent to promote SAFe benefits and drive organizational transformation while overcoming resistance
- Coach Scrum Masters, RTEs, Product Owners, and teams to enhance agile skills and delivery capabilities
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, establish KPIs, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Conduct process assessments, implement best practices, and monitor effectiveness of changes using agile tools
