Role summary
ICON seeks a Clinical Community Analyst to manage investigator portals and support site engagement throughout clinical trial lifecycles. - Experience working within clinical trials or clinical research environments
- Hands-on experience using investigator portals or similar clinical technology platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and study conduct
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills managing multiple activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including data analysis and presentation
What you'll be doing
- Manage investigator portals across the entire trial lifecycle from startup through closeout and archiving
- Partner with study teams to develop and implement site engagement and communication strategies
- Create, maintain, and publish portal content including communications, surveys, forms, dashboards, and resources
- Coordinate portal launches and activities with study teams and external vendors
- Monitor portal activity and engagement to identify opportunities for improving site experience
