Role summary
IQVIA seeks an Inventory Control Associate to manage material flow, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers across laboratory operations. What you'll be doing
- Receive, log, inspect, store, and distribute incoming deliveries from carriers and laboratory sources
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels using control systems to prevent shortages
- Conduct stock rotation, cycle counts, and daily/weekly reporting on inventory movements
- Coordinate with study project managers, suppliers, and finance departments on stock issues and order fulfillment
- Prepare interlab shipments and arrange logistics documentation for other sites
