Role summary
Stryker seeks an intern to support technical training operations while exploring automation and AI solutions in a healthcare setting. The role combines hands-on training support with digital transformation projects, offering exposure to compliance, analytics, and emerging technologies.

- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar)
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- C1 English proficiency, written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with self-motivation
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or AI tools (preferred)
- Background in automation, AI, digital transformation, or learning systems (preferred)
- Available for 12-month internship, 30-35 hours per week
What you'll be doing
- Support delivery and improvement of role-based training programs by gathering stakeholder feedback
- Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports measuring training effectiveness and compliance
- Monitor training compliance, analyze trends, and support corrective actions
- Investigate and resolve training-related inquiries while coordinating with internal teams
- Explore and support testing of AI-powered tools and automation solutions for training processes
Compensation31.40 PLN/hour
