Role summary
Medtronic seeks an intern to support the Neurosurgery sales team in commercial and operational activities in Almaty or Astana, Kazakhstan. The six-month hybrid role (20 hours/week) offers practical experience in medical device sales, customer engagement, market analysis, and sales operations.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Healthcare Management, or Life Sciences
- Fluent in Russian, Kazakh, and English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with willingness to learn
- Ability to organize information and conduct basic analytical and research work
What you'll be doing
- Support daily commercial activities, customer follow-up, meeting preparation, and sales materials for Neurosurgery team
- Prepare and process documentation for marketing events, conferences, workshops, and customer training activities
- Conduct market research and gather information on trends, competitors, products, and customer needs
- Track sales opportunities, tenders, and customer requests; maintain system records and prepare reports
- Coordinate logistics and organization of customer meetings, trainings, and product demonstrations
