Stryker is seeking an intern to support divisional back office and training operations in a hybrid role based in Selzach, Switzerland. - Minimum 6 months prior experience in administration, project coordination, or event management
- Experience with SharePoint, Learning Management Systems, or Power Platform preferred
- Data analysis, reporting, or dashboard creation experience preferred
- German language skills preferred
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, meetings, and divisional events
- Manage participant registrations, schedules, attendance tracking, and training records
- Organize meeting logistics including invitations, agendas, room bookings, and follow-ups
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and internal communications
- Support project execution by tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables
CompensationCHF 36,000 annual
