What you'll be doing
- Reconcile SAP and Excel grant payment reports for assigned sponsor studies monthly
- Complete and validate journal entries as assigned
- Review and quality-check CTA and payment intake forms for vendor and payment method accuracy
- Maintain SharePoint tracker completion for assigned sponsors
- Assist with annual 1099 and country-specific tax reporting tasks
