Role summary
Gilead Sciences seeks an intern to support Medical Affairs learning and development initiatives. The role involves organizing training materials, coordinating logistics for educational programs, and assisting with content quality review and feedback collection across the Foster City office.

- Able to commit to 10–12 consecutive weeks full-time between May and August
- Willing to work hybrid at Foster City site; relocation may be required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools preferred
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with ability to manage competing priorities
What you'll be doing
- Support preparation and organization of Medical Affairs training materials and scientific content
- Review training content and materials for accuracy and quality assurance
- Test and check training programs in Learning Management System
- Coordinate logistics for online and in-person training sessions including scheduling
- Draft and edit communications and instructions for training participants
Compensation$20.00 - $55.00 hourly; includes paid holidays, sick time, and housing stipends for eligible employees
