  • Willing to work hybrid at Foster City site; relocation may be required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools preferred
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with ability to manage competing priorities

What you'll be doing

  • Support preparation and organization of Medical Affairs training materials and scientific content
  • Review training content and materials for accuracy and quality assurance
  • Test and check training programs in Learning Management System
  • Coordinate logistics for online and in-person training sessions including scheduling
  • Draft and edit communications and instructions for training participants
Compensation$20.00 - $55.00 hourly; includes paid holidays, sick time, and housing stipends for eligible employees
