What you'll be doing

Support planning and execution of clinical trial activities across multiple phases
Track study milestones, timelines, and operational metrics; maintain Trial Master File documentation
Participate in study team meetings and prepare agendas, notes, and action item trackers
Assist with vendor and CRO management oversight and performance dashboard development
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and create presentations for study teams
