What you'll be doing
- Lead shift team of Inspection Manufacturing Technicians to achieve production targets safely and compliantly
- Provide oversight of manual and automated drug product inspection activities per approved procedures
- Manage manufacturing documentation including batch records and electronic batch records
- Identify, escalate and resolve inspection-related process, product, quality and equipment issues
- Foster safety and quality culture, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Compensation€56,428.95 - €76,345.05 per annum
