Role summary
Leica Microsystems seeks an Inside Service Sales Specialist to sell service contracts and offerings to customers across the EMEA region via phone and email. What you'll be doing
- Sell new and renewed service contracts via phone and email to assigned EMEA territory customers
- Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualify leads from multiple channels
- Prepare quotations, manage tenders and agreements in SAP/SFDC with accurate pricing and invoicing
- Collaborate with Service, Sales and Field teams to execute strategies and achieve sales targets
