Manage CRM administration and lead tracking to support sales pipeline
Serve as technical liaison between clients and laboratory for surface analysis projects
Translate client requirements into detailed proposals, statements of work, and project scopes
Engage directly with semiconductor clients to understand analytical needs and recommend solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery
