Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks undergraduate co-op students to support Innovative Medicine Procurement in strategic sourcing and supplier management. Interns will work on R&D and commercial procurement projects, category strategy, and digital process improvements across multiple sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

- Degree pursuit in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data analytics experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and visualization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
- Legally authorized to work in US; no visa sponsorship required or available
- Full-time availability with minimum 3 days per week on-site presence
What you'll be doing
- Support R&D and commercial procurement teams in strategic acquisition of goods and services
- Lead category strategy development and execute special procurement projects
- Manage supplier relationships and identify innovation opportunities with vendors
- Conduct competitive sourcing events, process improvements, and spending analyses
- Apply data-driven insights to sourcing decisions and recommend digital tools for procurement enhancement
Compensation$23.50–$52.50 per hour based on program year, discipline, and experience
