What you'll be doing

Define IT/software improvement project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics with team leader and supervisor
Conduct in-depth data analysis of datasets and reports to support decision-making
Extract data and generate reports on performance, outcomes, and policy compliance
Analyze process workflows and data trends to identify efficiency improvements across departments
Document findings and support project meetings to maintain accuracy and organizational records
