Experience preparing federal, state, and local tax returns and documentation
Knowledge of international tax forms (5471, 8858, 8865) and concepts (GILTI, BEAT, FDII)
Strong analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills

Prepare and review corporate tax returns and supporting documentation across jurisdictions
Analyze tax data and identify optimization opportunities for tax strategy implementation
Manage tax audits and maintain relationships with relevant tax authorities
Support finance teams on tax compliance and provide strategic tax consulting services
Implement process improvements to enhance tax operations efficiency and accuracy
