What you'll be doing
- Coordinate daily import and export activities for clinical supplies and related materials
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and airway bills
- Monitor international shipments and proactively address delays, customs holds, or documentation issues
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and cross-functional teams to resolve shipment exceptions
- Maintain accurate shipment records and support internal/external audits and regulatory compliance
