Role summary

- Direct cross-functional teams including product, IT, clinical informatics, and vendor partners for seamless delivery
- Establish governance frameworks, manage risks, and drive operational readiness and change management activities
- Monitor post-launch performance, define KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives for optimization
