Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks an analyst to develop and manage the User Access Management training program for their Innovative Medicine division. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Governance Risk Management, Compliance, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in learning and development, training management, or compliance within life sciences/pharma
- 3–5 years with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GxP, Privacy/GDPR
- Expertise designing, developing, and delivering training and capability programs
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to work on-site minimum 3 days per week with occasional domestic/international travel
What you'll be doing
- Develop, maintain, and enhance UAM Academy learning content and training materials
- Partner with process owners to translate governance requirements into role-based learning solutions
- Assess UAM processes and controls for alignment with compliance standards and identify improvement gaps
- Coordinate training schedules, learning pathways, onboarding programs, and certification activities
- Support rollout and ongoing delivery of Academy program deliverables
