Role summary
AbbVie seeks an Ethics & Compliance Manager for its Iberia Aesthetics affiliate to lead the compliance program, report to the Office of Ethics & Compliance, and serve as a member of the local leadership team. - Lead and enhance the ethics and compliance program for Allergan Aesthetics Iberia
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks
- Provide compliance guidance to business operations on anti-bribery, healthcare regulations, and promotional standards
- Oversee compliance monitoring activities, audits, and investigations; coordinate remediation of non-compliances
- Lead Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum meetings and develop employee and third-party training programs
