Role summary
AbbVie seeks an M&A Portfolio Analyst to support the Innovation, Architecture and Infrastructure team with portfolio management, project planning, and M&A initiative coordination. - Maintain and enhance IAI M&A portfolio documentation and coordinate governance reviews
- Consult with service areas to understand business needs and analyze portfolio impact and dependencies
- Manage project change impacts and escalate issues to IAI M&A governance team
- Produce governance collateral and support M&A leads with status reporting and consistency
- Track project budgets and assist leads with forecasting and financial management accuracy
