Role summary
Eurofins seeks an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations across the organization. The role manages employee records, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, training logistics, and recruitment support while reporting to the Senior Manager of Human Resources & Office Management.

What you'll be doing
- Maintain accurate employee files, HRIS records, and compliance documentation in accordance with privacy requirements
- Prepare HR metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to support workforce planning and organizational decision-making
- Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation programs, and new hire integration into the organization
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job posting, application screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Administer payroll and benefits processes, respond to employee inquiries, and coordinate enrollments and terminations
