Role summary
IQVIA seeks an HR Specialist for its Leipzig office to provide personnel administration and employee lifecycle support across German and Austrian operations. The role combines routine HR tasks with process optimization projects within an international pharmaceutical and healthcare services company.

- Prepare monthly payroll accounting documentation for assigned employee groups
