Role summary
IQVIA seeks an HR Specialist in Buenos Aires to support HR program development and implementation across the organization. The role involves benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding coordination, and collaboration with HR teams on local and global initiatives.

What you'll be doing
- Administer benefits processes and coordinate implementation of new benefits programs with vendors
- Provide employee relations guidance on compliance, HR practices, and employment legislation
- Support new employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in development and rollout of local and global HR initiatives and improvement projects
- Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries and coordinate with HR team members and management
