What you'll be doing

Advance Norderstedt's strategic talent agenda and identify critical capability gaps with business leaders
Lead change management, organizational design, and talent transformation initiatives
Drive talent management strategy through regular talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles
Partner with German Works Council on employee relations and organizational changes
Advise management on HR policies, employee development, and organizational effectiveness

Compensation€78,300.00 - €135,700.00 base
