Role summary
GE HealthCare seeks a Head of Regulatory Information Management to lead strategy, governance, and performance of the regulatory information management capability. The role oversees regulatory data governance, system direction, data standards, and continuous improvement across the regulatory affairs function in a global life sciences environment.

What you'll be doing
- Own and lead RIM strategy, roadmap, and target operating model aligned to regulatory priorities
- Lead team development including recruitment, capability building, succession planning, and performance management
- Establish regulatory data governance framework including ownership, stewardship, standards, and quality thresholds
- Monitor RIM and data quality performance metrics to drive risk-based improvements and decisions
- Sponsor transformation initiatives to simplify processes, strengthen data integrity, and enable automation
Compensation$122,400-$183,600 annual base (U.S. positions only)
