Role summary

Zifo seeks an experienced Head of Manufacturing Informatics to lead the business across sales, delivery, and operations. The role requires developing market strategy, building executive relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers, and managing the complete business lifecycle from pipeline creation through customer success.

Own sales lifecycle and develop relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech C-suite executives
Provide thought leadership across MES, EBR, manufacturing intelligence, OT/IT integration, and Industry 4.0 solutions
Build and lead Manufacturing Informatics team including solution architects and consulting professionals
Identify market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and establish revenue and bookings targets
