Role summary
argenx seeks a Head of Health Economics & Outcomes Research to lead strategy and execution of value-evidence generation across a growing immunology portfolio. The role involves building and mentoring a HEOR team, aligning evidence plans with clinical and commercial stakeholders globally, and supporting market access for 20+ pipeline and marketed indications in autoimmune diseases.

- Lead and mentor HEOR team to develop and execute value-evidence generation plans across multiple indications and molecules
- Align evidence strategies with clinical development, regulatory, market access, and commercialization teams globally
- Partner with Market Access to prioritize local market evidence needs and delivery timelines
- Oversee HEOR organizational growth and capability development to support multiple product launches
- Drive publication strategy and evidence dissemination through collaboration with KOLs, HCPs, and patient advocates
