What you'll be doing
- Own AIS Business Operations setup and deployment of Heartbeat operating system
- Lead and improve AIS leadership cadence including staff meetings and strategic priority reviews
- Maintain integrated view of priority execution across subsegments and track progress against milestones
- Direct AIS Lean function and ensure initiatives deliver sustained improvements in growth and financial performance
- Drive cross-functional alignment, clarify decision rights and ownership, and resolve organizational barriers
