Role summary
Dotmatics, a Siemens company, seeks a Head of AI Governance to lead strategic oversight of AI use across the organization. The role ensures responsible, compliant, and business-aligned AI deployment through governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance controls, reporting to the VP of Information Security.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and improve comprehensive AI Governance Framework aligned with risk appetite and regulations
- Maintain AI use case registry and establish risk tiering for AI systems
- Serve as cross-functional connector across HR, Security, Product, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Quality
- Interface with Siemens AI Governance colleagues to build joint governance consortium
