Role summary
Dotmatics seeks a Head of AI Governance to lead strategic oversight of AI governance programs across the organization. The role reports to the VP of Information Security and coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure responsible, compliant, and business-aligned AI deployment while interfacing with Siemens governance partners.

- Deep knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks including EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate technical risk concepts
- Experience building and maturing governance programs across distributed organizations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
- Understanding of enterprise risk management and compliance controls
What you'll be doing
- Develop and improve comprehensive AI Governance Framework aligned with risk appetite and regulatory requirements
- Maintain AI use case registry with risk tiering and oversight levels for AI systems
- Coordinate across HR, Security, Product, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Quality functions
- Partner with Siemens AI Governance colleagues to build shared frameworks and best practices
